LHS Chorus Noteworthy Coffee on Sale Now!

The coffee sale will help you pay for the cost of your Chorus trip to Prague, Vienna, Salzburg in March. We will once again be selling Callao Coffee, roasted in Luray, VA. This envelope, you received in class, contains all the materials you need.
What: Langley High School Choral Guild is excited once again to offer the Noteworthy Coffee fundraiser. Our coffees and flavorful teas are produced by Callao Coffee Roasters in Luray, Virginia. Callao coffee is roasted to order from the finest and freshest Arabica beans, and unlike coffee purchased in stores, is only days old upon receipt. Freshness ensures optimum flavor and aroma. Students will earn profits of $3.50 - $10.00 per item sold to be directly credited to their chorus trip account.
When: Sales start Thursday, September 8th. All forms and money are due no later than Thursday, September 29th -- that gives you 3 weeks to sell!
IMPORTANT: ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE BY CASH OR BY CHECK TO LHS CHORAL GUILD.
How:
1. Record all Orders on the Order Form. If you need additional forms, extra copies are available on our website, in the Choir Room, or you can make your own copies. Be sure to write your name and choir on these order forms
2. At the end of the sale, add up each column and each row. Please confirm that these numbers and amounts are correct and match the amount of money you are sending in.
3. You must turn in your sales envelope with order form(s) and all money no later than the end of school on Thursday, September 29th.
Delivery: When the coffee orders arrive, your order form(s) will be returned to you, so that you can deliver your orders to your customers. All coffees will arrive by the end of October. Details about pick-up will be distributed at that time.
